WE ARE NOT OUR EMOTIONS

I like to think of it as a pause. To act vs react. Being able to see what is happening and realize that it is only good or bad based on the energy we give it. The true gift is to understand there is no good or bad. Just our reaction to it. Practice gentle restraint from reacting to situations. You are not your emotions. In harmony. ❤️ Keith
